To use bodybuggTweet:

1. Add this button to your browser's toolbar. Here's some help on how to do this

   Internet Explorer

   • Make sure the Links Toolbar is visible. If not, select Tools->Toolbars->Links
   • Right click on the button above labeled "bodybuggTweet"
   • Select "Add to Favorites ...". Select Yes when prompted if you want to continue
   • Select "Create In: Links" Click Add

   Firefox

   • Make sure the Bookmarks Toolbar is visible. If not, select View->Toolbars->Bookmarks Toolbar
   • Drag the button above labeled "bodybuggTweet" to the Bookmarks Toolbar

   Safari

   • Make sure the Bookmarks Toolbar is visible. If not, select View->Show Bookmarks Bar
   • Drag the button above labeled "bodybuggTweet" to the Bookmarks Toolbar
   • To enable pop-ups: From the Safari menu, make sure Block pop-up Windows is unchecked.

2. Log into your bodybugg application, either bodybugg.com or myapex.com.
   
   
3. Click the bodybuggTweet button on your toolbar
   
4. Click the Update button on Twitter to post your stats
   
5. That's it! You've just tweeted your bodybugg stats!
